Signature cocktails deserve a
SIGNATURE LOOK.
Greg Dreyer, host of Gaming & Gimlets, leads the signature cocktail program as Bar Manager at Glasshouse Kitchen in North Carolina’s Research Triangle.
His passion for exceptional drinks spills into his free time—and sometimes onto the bar counter. What began as a personal passion project has grown into a video series, collaborations with local distilleries, and ongoing experimentation.
New Quest Objective: Know Your Market
This project zeros in on a specific segment—casual gamers who appreciate more than just gameplay. We’re talking about people who enjoy immersive themes, storytelling, and the ritual of winding down with something interactive — like a good cocktail on a Sunday night.
It’s a slower, more thoughtful take on gaming culture that values atmosphere as much as action. By being a proud member of this audience, Greg taps into a lifestyle that resonates with himself and allows him to be authentic to his own personality and interests on his channel.
Visually, the videos are crafted to match the tone and expectations of that audience. Cinematic lighting, references to the game’s world, cozy home-bar settings, and trailer-esque voiceover guidance keep it feeling approachable. No overly polished influencer energy — just personality and intention.
It walks the line between high-end production and real-world relatability, which helps it connect naturally and organically.
Co-Op Mode: Local Partnerships Unlocked
What started as a passion project led to several brand placements with local distilleries— Conniption Gin and Liberty & Plenty Distillery —who saw value in supporting something original, quirky, and hyper-local. They recognized the channel’s unique blend of personality and polish as a fresh way to showcase their products in an authentic setting. It proved that even niche content, when done right, can attract real investment from serious brands looking to connect with new audiences in unexpected, meaningful ways.
